Description
The Waterway 90-Degree Smooth Elbow (411-6540) is a specialized plumbing component designed for pool and spa systems. It features a 1.5-inch male pipe thread (MPT) on one end and a 1.5-inch smooth hose barb on the other, facilitating a secure and leak-proof connection between threaded fittings and standard 1.5-inch hoses. This elbow allows for a smooth 90-degree directional change, optimizing water flow and minimizing resistance within the system. Constructed from durable, white plastic, it offers resistance to corrosion and chemical wear, ensuring longevity in aquatic environments. Commonly used as a directional fitting for pool returns, this elbow is essential for efficient water circulation in both new installations and retrofit projects.
