Replacement impeller lock screw for Sta-Rite Max-E-Pro 2-speed pumps (37337-6081Z). It secures the impeller to the motor shaft to keep it from loosening during operation. Genuine OEM hardware; install only on the correct Max-E-Pro impellers per the parts diagram.
