The SR Smith 75-209-5864 is a Slide Flange Hardware Kit designed for deck-mounted installations. It includes a 2-3/4″ carbon steel bolt, bushing, two washers, and a lock nut. This hardware kit is compatible with SR Smith deck mount systems for aluminum or plastic anchor flanges, supporting slide flanges with 1.90″ OD tubing.
