Description
Streamline backflow protection and maintenance access with the Magic Plastics 0823-15C, a 1.5″ union-style swing spring check valve designed for pool, spa, and irrigation plumbing. A hand-tightenable union on one end permits quick disconnection for servicing, while the opposite solvent-weld slip fitting forms a secure, permanent PVC bond. The transparent, chemically resistant housing provides an unobstructed window into the spring and valve seat, so you can confirm proper function without disassembly. Its swing spring mechanism governs one-way flow while dampening water hammer effects. Constructed from UV-stable, pool-grade material, the 0823-15C is a durable choice trusted by licensed technicians and confident homeowners.
