Used to raise the total alkalinity in swimming pool water. Proper total alkalinity is essential to the successful operation of a swimming pool. It also helps to maintain the pH of the pool at the proper level and reduce pH fluctuation.
Recommended Levels
- The recommended alkalinity level is 80 to 120 ppm for chlorine sanitizers and 100 to 150 ppm for bromine sanitizers.
- Check alkalinity levels every two weeks with a test kit and adjust as needed.
Instructions
