Description
The Jandy Hi-Limit Switch R0022700 is a factory-original thermal safety device purpose-built to shield your pool or spa heater from dangerously elevated temperatures. Precisely calibrated to activate at 135°F, this switch disconnects power to the heating system the moment temperatures climb beyond acceptable boundaries, safeguarding sensitive internal components and protecting users. It integrates directly with a broad selection of Jandy and Laars heaters, including Lite2 LD, LG, LJ, and LX/LT series models. As a cornerstone of your heater’s safety architecture, this hi-limit switch should be inspected and replaced at regular intervals to sustain effective thermal protection.
